Surviving are her four children, Tobey L. (John) Hauter of Mackinaw, Christy L. (Dan) Koenigstein of New Baden, Illinois, Stacey A. Yerby of East Peoria and Gary C. (Cari) Yerby of Morton; ten grandchildren, Joseph (Alana) Hauter, Daniel (Jami) Hauter, Paul (Alecia) Hauter, Joshua (Tonya) Koenigstein, Craig (Braidy) Koenigstein, Robert Koenigstein, Drew Ingles, Clifford Yerby, Allison Yerby, and Lincoln Yerby. 13 great grandchildren, Dade, Milli, Lyla, Landyn, Ruby, Reed, Ellie, Brooke, Kody, Elaina, Lucas, Evie, and Ava; two sisters, Shirley (Bob) Hendrickson and Linda Ovall; and many loving nieces and nephews.

Arlene’s true loves in life were her children, grandchildren, and great-grandchildren. She was a great supporter of her military family members; husband, son, and grandsons. Arlene would do anything for her family; including attending Morton Pumpkin Festivals, visiting the Peoria Riverfront Museum and Peoria Zoo, but everyday fun was her favorite. She enjoyed fishing, making pancakes, playing games, and watching the Cubs. Arlene had a passion for boating, skiing, golfing, bowling, Girl Scouting, and reading.
