David Moore

CANTON - David Moore, 60, of Canton, passed away, Tuesday, April 15, 2019, at OSF St. Francis Medical Center in Peoria.
He was born on November 15, 1958, in Peoria, to Clifford and Dorothy (Stevenson) Moore. They preceded him in death.
David is survived by one son, Charles "Charlie" Hazard; five siblings, Susan Pyles of Morton, Michael (Teri) Moore of Brimfield, Terry (Rick) Moreland of Peoria, Barbara (Bruce) Neilson of Bartonville, and Scott Moore of Peoria; 11 nieces and nephews; and nine great nieces and nephews.
He worked in the culinary arts profession.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the Central Illinois Down Syndrome Organization, P.O. Box 595, Normal, Ill., 61761.
No services will be held. Knapp-Johnson Funeral Home and Cremation Center is handling arrangements.
