Eunice C. Foster

Eunice C. Foster, 87, of Morton, passed away Fri., July 27, 2018, at Washington Christian Village.
Eunice was born Sept. 23, 1930, in Cuba, Ill., to Donald and Dorothea (Donaldson) Clayberg. She married Max Foster on June 3, 1956 in Cuba. He preceded Eunice in death on Nov. 1, 2005. She was also preceded in death by one sister, Louise Yemm
Surviving are three sons, Rock (Deborah) Foster of St. Louis, Mo., Robert (Sandra) Foster of Conyers, Ga., and Douglas (Cathy) Foster of Rantoul, Ill.; one daughter, Lynne Foster of Evanston, Ill.; and two grandchildren, Michael Foster of St. Louis and Will Foster of Atlanta, Ga. She is also survived by one brother, Don (Nancy) Clayberg of Sycamore, Ill.
Eunice graduated from Cuba High School. After graduating from Illinois State University, she taught Language Arts at Morton Junior High School from 1972 to 1989.
She was a member and past president of Morton P.E.O Chapter EE.

Visitation will be held from 9:30 to 10:45 a.m., Sat., Aug. 4, 2018, at Knapp-Johnson Funeral Home and Cremation Center in Morton. A funeral service will follow at 11 a.m., with Rev. Dr. Alan Newhall officiating. A private graveside service for the family will be held at Cuba Cemetery.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to P.E.O. Educational Loan Fund.
