JUDY M. MANSFIELD
WASHINGTON - Judy M. Mansfield, 71, of Washington, went home to be with her Lord and Savior on Thurs., Feb. 8, 2018, at her home surrounded by her family.
Judy was born Sept. 1, 1946 to Joe Gibson and Mae Gillen in Springfield, Ill. She married Ernest Mansfield in Carlinville, Ill., on July 6, 1964, when their adventure began. Together they had three above average children, Kim (Mark) Crandall of Morton, Travis (Cathy) Mansfield of Washington, and Greta (Kevin) Cox of Danville, Ill.
Judy is survived by her husband, children, and six "fabulous" grandchildren, Bryce and Wes Crandall, Tyler and Jace Mansfield, and Karly and Hadley Cox. She is also survived by three brothers, five sisters, and dozens of nieces and nephews whom she cherished.
Judy was a homemaker who took great pride in caring for her family.
She was an active member of Grace Church in Morton and volunteered at Midwest Food Bank.
Judy was known for her warm hospitality and serving others. She delighted in a full house surrounded at a full table.
Cremation rites will be accorded.

Visitation will be held at Grace Church in Morton from 2 to 4 p.m., Sun. Feb. 11, 2018 and from 10 to 10:45 a.m., Mon. Feb 12. A funeral service will also take place at the church on Mon. Feb. 12 at 11 a.m. with Rev. Jonathan Farrell and Rev. Brad Habegger officiating.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Grace Church in Morton.
