EAST PEORIA – Martha Faye Wiley, 92, of East Peoria, passed away on Sunday, January 3, 2021, at Apostolic Christian Home in Eureka.
She was born to Dan and Doris (Ferrell) Frick on October 11, 1928, in Jonesboro, Ill. She married the love of her life, Ralph Edward Wiley, on February 10, 1951. He preceded her in death. She was also preceded in death by four brothers, Kenneth, Herman, Don, and Bon Frick; and seven sisters, Pauline Bittle, Vivian Ellis, Jean Graham, Janice Appel, Anita Bittle, Sue Choate, and Marilyn Vancil.
She is survived by two sons, Terry (Lynn) Wiley of Morton, and Mark (Debbie) Wiley of East Peoria; three grandchildren, Renee Wiley (Brad Lemke) of Oviedo, Fla., Nick (Amanda) Wiley of East Peoria, and Brett Wiley (Cassie Shaw) of Creve Coeur; five great-grandchildren, Adison Wiley, Peyton Wiley, Hayden Wiley, Caleb Lemke, and Paige Lemke; and one sister, Pat Farris.
Martha was a homemaker, loved her family, and enjoyed working in her garden and yard. She loved her trips to garage sales. She had a passion for raking leaves.
Martha was loved by all who knew her.
A private family graveside service will be held at Roberts Cemetery in Morton.
