Patricia Owen

MORTON – Patricia S. Owen, 90, of Morton, passed away on Tuesday, June 7, 2022, at her home.

She was born on September 15, 1931, in Beason, Ill., to C.M. and Faye (Lawler) Finley. She married Donald Owen in Green Valley, Ill., on July 30, 1950. He preceded her in death on March 1, 1997. She was also preceded in death by one infant daughter; one brother; and one sister-in-law.

Surviving are three sons, Kevin (Lisa) Owen of Bolivia, N.C., Rod (Jill) Owen of Morton, and Chris (Jenny) Owen of Morton; four grandchildren, Tracy (Audrey) Owen, Nate (Jennifer) Owen, Katie (Kyle) Slavish, Carl (Cassie) Owen; six great-grandchildren; and three step-great-grandchildren.

She was a member of Bethel Lutheran Church in Morton where a funeral service will be held at 10 a.m. on Monday, June 13, 2022, with Pastor Greg Moyer officiating. Visitation will be held from 9 to 9:45 a.m. prior to the service at the church. Burial will be at Harmony Cemetery in Beason, Ill.

Memorials may be made to Bethel Lutheran Church.
