ST. PETERSBURG, FLA. - Thomas L. Stacy, 81, of St. Petersburg, Fla., passed away Sun., Sept. 16, 2018, at Advocate BroMenn Medical Center in Normal, Ill.
Thomas was born May 17, 1937, in Waynesfield, Ohio, to George and Jean (Shellenberger) Stacy. He married Ann Stuckey on June 21, 1958, in Washington, Ill.
Surviving are his wife, Ann Stacy of St. Petersburg, Fla. (formerly of Morton, Ill.); one daughter, Kim (Ken) Morris of Jacksonville, Fla.; two sons, Todd Stacy of Palm Harbor, Fla., and J Stacy of St. Petersburg, Fla.; eight grandchildren, Stacy Morris, Christopher (Julie) Morris, Shelby Stacy, Dawson Stacy, Nicole (Jeremy) Runkle, Ashley Stacy, Kyle Stacy, and Jessica Stacy; and three great-grandchildren, Zachary Morris, Addison Runkle, and Harper Runkle. He is also survived by two sisters, Joyce Arthur and Judy Schultz, both of Lima, Ohio.
Throughout his career, Thomas worked in the insurance and banking businesses.
Thomas was a member of the Elks Lodge in St. Petersburg, Fla. and was also a member of Largo Golf Club. He also served on the local HOA board of directors for 6000 Park Place.

Cremation rites have been accorded.
Thomas was a member of Anona United Methodist Church in Largo, Fla., where a memorial service will be held in the chapel on Sat., Sept. 29, 2018 at 3 p.m. A Celebration of Life gathering will take place immediately following the service at 6000 Park Place Club House, 6000 Park St., St. Petersburg, FL. 33709.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Anona United Methodist Church in Largo, FL.
