WADE DAILEY
MORTON - Wade F. Dailey, 22, of Morton, formerly of Tremont, passed away Saturday, September 1, 2018, at his home.
He was born on February 9, 1996, in Peoria.
Surviving are his parents, John and Victoria Dailey of Pekin; one brother, Colton Dailey, of Rolla, Mo.; two sisters, Jordan Dailey and Vivian Dailey, both of Pekin; maternal grandmother, Sharon Browder of Morton; maternal grandfather, Ken Thackeray of Melvin, Ill.; paternal grandparents, William and Linda Dailey of Hopedale, Ill.; and his fiancée, Ashley Woodward of Morton, Ill.
Wade was a 2014 graduate of Tremont High School. During his high school career, he ran with both the cross country and track teams. Wade was also a member of the band and jazz band playing both the trumpet and bass guitar. He was a loyal friend who maintained his friendships since grade school. Wade enjoyed hanging out at the "Guys' House."
He was an Eagle Scout with the Tremont Boy Scout Troup #84. Wade also enjoyed playing video games. He was known to be a free spirit and marched to his own drum.
Wade earned his associates in science from ICC.
He worked in the electronics department at Morton Walmart.
He was a baptized member of Dillon Mennonite Church in Dillon, Ill.
Cremation rites will follow a private family service.
